Abstract:

Contemporary man is willing to sacrifice only time to prepare food. Since the effect of women's knowledge as family food managers is based on healthy nutrition principles, it is inseparable from family health and community health. Therefore, this study should consider the factors affecting family health.Materials and Methods: In this study, the sampling method was available from a sample of 120 individuals from 30 to 60 years old Tehran province who, despite the knowledge of the losses of using fast food, did not use it. Cronbach's alpha questionnaire was 0.50 Data was analyzed using SPSS 16 software in two stages using quasi-experimental method.Findings: The status of prepared meals in the food program of different groups shows that employed men (%58.33) more than twice as many employed women (%28) and single workers more than married people, employed women married more than housewives The food is ready to eat. Since our organization organizes a family nutrition section with women, comparison of percentages suggests that although married housewives use less than any other group of food, but in general, nearly half of the participants, despite being familiar with the losses of using foods They were not prepared to use it.Conclusion: Contrary to Gaitak's view, women are less likely than men to change food habits. The health of Iranian households is threatened and subjected to macodonalization, in which malicious propaganda also has an impact on attracting people to fast foods that need to be fought. This explains the need for healthy policies in this regard.

Abstract:

This article investigates the role demographic transition plays in sociological changes occurring in the family. Does family structure in various stages of demographic transition differ? It is used from demographic transition theory as theoretical framework of research. The data of survey value world and population bureau of United Nations for 50 countries have been used for empirical test of research hypothesis. The results showed that family structure is different in countries according to demographic transition stages. Some countries such as Mali, Burkina Faso, Iraq, Zambia, etc. which are in primary stages of the first demographic transition, the family possesses much significance. They exhibit positive attitude toward marriage and family formation. But in countries which are in second stage of demographic transition, such as Sweden, Finland, France, etc. the family is of little importance. The attitude toward marriage and family formation is negative. The trend of marriage changes and attitude toward family and marriage in some countries such as Iran, Turkey, Egypt, Malaysia, etc. show that the role of cultural factors and especially Islamic teachings are so important in forming family and family importance. Therefore the trend of second demographic transition is not nonlinear and it is different according to cultural structure of countries.

Abstract:

The unmatched divine status of family midst of Iranians and sensitivity of government about this issue lead to family is counted as one of the most significant influential parameters in political decision-making processes. Over the passage of time, Social changes have been occurring in labor market for the reason of service sector development. Accordingly, the nature and context of the traditional family lately has changed. Therefore, in this article, we have tried to design conceptual models to identify and evaluate family policy in Iran. In order to help the proposed model, a comparative study related to the role of family policy among the three countries in the Islamic Republic of Iran, Germany and Great Britain is used. As a result, the policy documents of the three countries in family policy have been evaluated by means of interpretation and comparative approach.

Abstract:

The focus of this study is primarily on “the discrepancy in mentality as an important factor affecting family problems and divorce”. For this purpose, some minor studies were conducted each of which experimentally examined different aspects of mental discrepancy in Iranian families. Almost all of these studies showed that permanent disputes and divorces resulted from the differences in their world-views, thinkings, and impressions in their mutual affairs. At last, the theory of Homogamy with two major revisions were used to explain the reasons and causes of family problems and divorce which were confirmed in minor studies and cases.

Abstract:

Research on future family changes requires a comprehensive theoretical model which embraces both the dynamism and the state of change. This article is intended to formulate such a model. The method of study is theoretical analysis. In this regard, three theoretical approaches including individualism, social capital and morfogenisis approach were selected. The theoretical model of future family change has been developed through these three approaches. Based on this model, future family changes are the result of strategies that the current generation is using to adapt to structural conditions. This generation plays a role in shaping different structures in the later period by reflexivity on the structural conditions of the society that are crystallized in their politics of life and their tranning approach towards their children. The second generation affected by their parenting strategies will have a different habit and they will make choices in their family life that may complement or reproduce previous structures. The proposed model was evaluated by conducting a qualitative research with 33 participants from the general population and 12 participants from family experts. The results showed that using this model, if there are forecasts on the economic and social status of the country and determining the share of each social class of the total population, it is possible to predict family changes with different scenarios.

Abstract:

Iran, due to its geographical location, has low rainfall and is considered a dry land. As a result, different regions of the country grapple with drought. The presence of water management systems, such as aqueducts and reservoirs, in most parts of the country, along with a variety of methods for conserving water for irrigation, may contribute to this claim. Considering that drought is an inherent phenomenon in Iran's climate, people have invented and used numerous methods to combat it and store water. The aim of this study is to monitor and evaluate drought in Iran. In order to realize this goal, precipitation data from synoptic, rain gauge, and climatology stations were extracted over a 51-year period, from 1970 to 2020. The results obtained from examining drought occurrences in five ten-year periods reveal that, with the exception of the third decade (1991 to 2000), drought has prevailed in the majority of Iran's regions compared to other decades. On the other hand, in the recent decades leading to 2020, the intensity of drought occurrences, especially in the Middle Zagros, has intensified, which has consistently been among the regions with the highest rainfall in Iran after the Caspian region. This situation can cause concern in Iran, a country where its agricultural production hub is established along the Zagros mountain range. Moreover, the fluctuating behavior of Iran's droughts, with return periods of 2 to 5 years, has complicated the management strategies for these types of hazards. These conditions appear to have created numerous issues in many areas of Iran, particularly in the agricultural sector of the western provinces, due to the lack of conformity with these types of occurrences.
